Cherry pick the ancillary courses you want to take during your time in resort. Please check from the webpage that these are running at your chosen resort.

We will let you know during our meeting whether these are available during your winter sports program. The eligibility of taking these are dependent on your extended time in resort, the snowpack at the time of year and the sheer availability of the program. The total cost of the course will added to a separate invoice and can be paid by debit or credit card.

If we cannot run these courses or they clash with your training program or they are unable to be run during your time in resort we will of course refund your payment or transfer this to another experience.

We cannot however refund nor be held responsible for you missing these courses or unable to attend due to injury, sleeping in, hungover, rearranging your sock drawer or washing your cat.

In extreme circumstances WSC reserve the right to increase the cost of these experiences should circumstances change with our suppliers or severe exchange rate drops. In which case you will be given the chance to withdraw if we are forced into this situation by factors outside of our control

Please note: This is a booking form for Panorama & Hidden Valley & Fairmont Hot Springs only. Have a Plan B list of Bolt ons ready for the meeting in case your primary choice is not available

Bookings taken in resort will be subject to availability and a 15% increase.

Other events will be held on an impromptu basis throughout your season and will be a first come first served basis arranged through your Rep in resort. These will not incur a 15% cost increase.

Equipment needed for the Back country Bolt ons will not be included so please enquire. All taxes are included. The form can be filled in more than once if you want to add Bolt Ons at a later date but will be subject to availability. Please email us directly if you have late additions.
